Well I finally got here. Was it worth the 5 year wait? Most definitely. This is a sushi shrine. Of course everyones got a favorite and they certainly are nicer looking places. Hiro is a master though. I wouldn’t dream of going here with out sitting at the Sushi bar. Watching the man work is magical. Effortlessly making hundreds of pieces of fantastic incredibly fresh sushi at an unbelievable pace. I enjoy the salmon skin roll of Dharma more but the BBQ Eel roll is crazy good. So good I ordered a second and then a third portion of it. The smoked maqueral on frissee salad with hot oil dressing is extroidinary!! The fresh anchovy nigiri divine Hiro is a nice guy and shares my love of sea salt. He graciously accepted my gift of a salt collection.
I strongly recommend trying this place out and have him prepare a few items for you.
