This restaurant is everything its supposed to be. Friendly, Un –pretentious, and ultra creative. Chef Wylie Dryfus and his team are cooking up food as ingenious and exciting as anyone else in the world. A cross between MOTO and SUSUR…..unusual combinations that work. What I like about his food is although presentation and creativity are paramount, flavor doesn’t take a back seat. Any Chef wondering about the future of food needs to eat here.
