This unique culinary offering is the updated version of Chef Stefans ORIGINAL Salts of the World. A gift box containing 12 individual canisters of The Finest Salts available in the World™, each salt was carefully selected for quality, diversity and application. The set is divided into 3 categories: Roasting Salts, Pan Salts and Finishing Salts.

Roasting salts are the harder and courser grained salts which we recommend to use whole on large roasts or items requiring a long cooking time. These salts also work well in a salt grinder. Pan salts are salts which we use during the cooking process. They are less course then the roasting salts yet still have some texture. Finishing salts are to finish the plate. We recommend using these salts only as a seasoning or garnish on the plate before serving.

All of our salts were selected from ecologically friendly and sustainable salt works. We work with passionate artisans rather than multi-national conglomerates. Each Salt selected has been personally endorsed by our Chef. Chef Stefan Czapalay, c.c.c
