Papaya Slaw with Black Lava salt
Papaya, Honey, Lime, Black Lava Salt
Serves 6 people accompaniment
Ingredients:
1 papaya, peeled and sliced in fine julienne
2 limes, juice and zest
1 Tbsp of Honey
½ tsp Hawaiian black lava salt
Method:
Gently toss papaya, lime and honey together in a non-reactive bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving (or up to 1 day)
Present slaw on 6 small plate accompanying other foods. Sprinkle slaw with a bit of black salt.
